Are You a WordPress Developer?

Published by Posted on

Do you call yourself a WordPress developer? There are so many people that do. But do you actually know your craft? Do you really know how to code with WordPress? There are just as many who don’t.

It really pains me when I hear someone say they can built websites when all they did was click a few buttons which spat out a huge bloated mess of a website. This usually never helps in the customer succeeding online.

We pride ourselves in knowing a lot about WordPress at Web3. To become a part of our WordPress team you need to know your stuff. That means, you need to be able to do your job in the highest standard of quality.

There are a number of steps we take to ensure our team is the best. One of these things is, when hiring, to conduct a quick test to gauge the candidates WordPress abilities. We have gotten everyone who works with us to take this test to ensure they can walk the walk – not just talk the talk.

The test is very simple for someone who would know WordPress and is only 19 or so questions long.

All of the questions could easily be Googled to get the right answer. We prevent this from happening by getting the developer to answer the questions under a certain time to proceed. That way they do not have time to look up the answer.

Today we are releasing this to the public so you can see how you compare with the teams skills.
